What does "made to order" mean?
Almost all items on this website are "made-to-order". That means that the product is only being produced after you have placed an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction - so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 1 to 3 business days to produce + process an order and after which it will then be shipped. All orders will be shipped from Germany. The delivery time is estimated as followed:
● Germany: 2 - 5 business day
● Europe: 5 - 10 business days
● International: 10 - 30 business days
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders outside the EU may incur an additional duty and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.
What is the return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days after purchase. Please note that all returns need to be previously announced via e-mail to studiosmal@outlook.de. The costs of returning an order, including a tracking code, will be on your behalf. Please also note that custom-made orders and artworks are excluded from exchanges and returns.
Are you available for commissions or collaborations?
Yes! I am excited to hear about your ideas! I offer custom-made watercolor illustrations. Please note that my scope is limited to drawing animals, plants and buildings and that a good reference image must be provided. Simply reach out to me with your inquiry so that we can plan your illustration :)
Do you offer products for wholesale?
Yes, I would be very happy to see my products at your shop! To order item just send me an e-mail with your request and I get back to you with all information.
